Terms of Service

By accessing or using FinReef, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, able to form a binding contract, and provide accurate account information. If you use FinReef for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

FinReef provides subscription software for professional networking, company showcases, hiring, communities, messaging, meetings, and personalized connection recommendations.

FinReef helps members discover people, companies, jobs, and collaboration opportunities. The service is not designed to arrange, advise on, or process financial transactions. Members communicate and make professional decisions independently.

New FinReef members receive a 60-day free beta period, followed by a $2.99 USD monthly subscription unless a different offer is clearly displayed before signup. Stripe securely processes subscriptions, which renew automatically each month until canceled. You may unsubscribe before the trial ends to avoid a charge. Except where required by law, payments are nonrefundable.

You may not use FinReef for fraud, unlawful solicitation, misleading claims, harassment, infringement, malware, unauthorized data collection, credential sharing, regulated transactions, or attempts to disrupt or bypass service security. You may not upload confidential information unless you have the right to share it.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant FinReef a limited worldwide license to host, process, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate and improve the service according to your selected visibility.

FinReef’s brand, software, design, and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. We may restrict or terminate access when these Terms are violated, when required by law, or when needed to protect users or the service. You may stop using FinReef and cancel a paid subscription at any time; cancellation applies to future renewals.

FinReef is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for user conduct, employment outcomes, lost opportunities, indirect damages, or content supplied by third parties. FinReef’s aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to FinReef during the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms and will post the revised date here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions may be submitted through FinReef’s customer-support channel within the service.
